Bill Pimlott, has taken over from Jeremy Clark as Chairman of the Council of the Solent Protection Society. Bill is a keen sailor and member of the Island sailing club having been Commodore from 2007-2010. Bill is a retired Solicitor and is a former President of the Island Law Society.
Jeremy has remained as Vice chairman and will cover those events on the mainland that would be inconvenient for an Island resident. Jeremy has steered SPS for several years, and the Council expressed sincere thanks for his untiring efforts.
