Annual General Meeting – December 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society will take place at 12 noon on Tuesday 2nd December 2025. The venue of the meeting will be ‘The Voco Hotel’, (formerly ‘The Holiday Inn’), close to West Quay at Herbert Walker Avenue, Southampton, SO15 1AG. Free parking should be available for attendees who register their vehicle details with the hotel reception upon arrival.
